These impact-resistant mechanics-style gloves have a synthetic leather palm reinforced with Armortex. Synthetic leather is a durable, abrasion-resistant fabric that is lighter and easier to clean than leather. Armortex has a raised texture that provides an excellent grip in dry and slick conditions. Unrated impact-resistant gloves have protection on the knuckle side of the hand to protect hands from injuries caused by incidental impact caused by working in tight spaces or falling items and are not tested to ANSI/ISEA or CE standards. Mechanics-style gloves have good dexterity and are often worn when performing basic tasks in general maintenance and repair operations.
